๐Ÿ”„ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of lingerie, bras, panties, nightwear and intimate apparel, LoveNest does not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the wrong product is received. Customers must contact LoveNest within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Products that have been worn, washed, used, stained or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

โŒ Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order.

  • โœ… No cancellation fee applies within 12 hours
  • โณ After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed, packed or dispatched
  • ๐Ÿ“ž Customers should contact LoveNest as soon as possible to request cancellation

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made through the original payment method where technically possible.

  • ๐Ÿ’ป PayHere: According to the applicable PayHere refund process
  • ๐Ÿฆ Bank Transfer: Normally refunded to an appropriate verified bank account
  • ๐Ÿ’ต Cash on Delivery: Any approved refund will be handled directly by LoveNest

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.

๐Ÿšš Islandwide Delivery

LoveNest provides islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka.

  • โฑ๏ธ Delivery Time: 2โ€“4 working days
  • ๐Ÿ’ต Delivery Charge: Rs. 350โ€“500

Delivery charges depend on the province or delivery location and will be displayed at checkout. Delivery may take longer due to public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and contact number.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong product, contact LoveNest within 48 hours and provide:

  • ๐Ÿงพ Order number
  • ๐Ÿ‘ค Customer name
  • ๐Ÿ“ฑ Contact number
  • ๐Ÿ“ธ Clear photo of the product received
  • ๐Ÿ“ธ Photo of the packaging, where applicable

After verification, LoveNest will arrange an appropriate solution.

Approved returns must be sent back to LoveNest by courier. The customer pays a fixed return delivery fee of Rs. 350.
